After the long experience in Germany with master brewers, in contact with the new technologies for the production of craft beer, we decided to import the culture of beer and the raw materials (barley, hops, yeast and water). The fresh, decisive and floral flavor of unpasteurized and unfiltered beer has been combined with traditional Mediterranean and Sicilian cuisine, thus opening up new horizons for gastronomy.
In addition to pizzas, in the restaurant you can also taste appetizers, fresh pasta, local fish main courses, Florentine-type madonite meats, lamb, quails, stigliole, etc., side dishes, and focaccias that complete the whole perfectly to spend pleasant moments of refreshment.
