Here's my wine inspired by the spirit of rediscovery of the true Sicilian culinary traditions, and reaching out to the public's discerning palate and curious, where for years my colleagues and I propose we promote and through tastings explanatory gluttony made in sicily.
Among barrels and lace our shelves overflowing with delicacies including fortified wines of value, habit and custom of the time after dinner such as Marsala, Zibibbo, Passito of Pantelleria and Malvasia di Salina, liquors or citrus scented with spices as the pods or cinnamon, and above all great wines, a symbol of radiance and expression of wealth and character of our land.
